Removal of resistance: The best solution is to make sure you walk 3 to 5 miles every week day - using every opportunity you can - whether that means walking to and from the supermarket (which can just about be three miles, if you live far enough away from your nearest Waitrose). Unification: Exercise equipment at home obviously can help you too. There are many ways to solve the problem, but you have to get on and solve it. The longer you leave it, the longer it takes to reverse, much longer in fact. But a change can happen within a week of starting. So get moving.
