Removal of resistance: When you eat, have more veg and less meat. Unification: Break the narcissism barrier, the mental block. Just do it. Less meat, more veg. It'll really fill you up. And avoid chips and that sort of thing. Filled up with a bit of meat and plenty of veg, you'll realise that you've had so few calories and ended up very well fed and not hungry. It's ideal if you want to lose weight 'without trying', so to speak. Effortlessly, but in an organised way. Not lazy. But no effort. You see the difference? Well, for many there is perceived 'effort' in becoming not lazy to begin with, but that too is a delusion. Laziness saps you and drains you as much as 'effort' does. Being organised and healthy means you are not drained - neither by effort nor by the entropy from laziness.
