Buying junk food and booze - why do it?   Share:  
Thrust of argument: The NHS points out that booze consumption and stocking up on junk food are habits which you can easily thwart and thereby lose weight. Direction of resistance / implied resistance: Give it a go.

Removal of resistance: Maybe if you're too poor you can't afford much booze anyway. Unification: But then you're likely to be a target for cheap junk food prices.

It's a hard battle.

Fight it hard.

Look for low calorie foods, snacks and tasty things - to stock up on regularly. And then do it. Stock up on them!
