Curiosity demands that we ask questions, that we try to put things together and try to understand this multitude of aspects as perhaps resulting from the action of a relatively small number of elemental things and forces acting in an infinite variety of combinations.' Direction of resistance / implied resistance: I think it's important for us to focus on the fact that a lot of the social constructs we seem to treat rather emotionally, not just our emotions themselves, are much less something akin to the grand nature of Plato's forms, of the high 'ideals' of the modern world, as we call ourselves. There is a lot of pomposity in our presumptions and what's funny is that we think we're being more, not less, scientific when we are at our most arrogant and least scientific.

Removal of resistance: It comes down to atoms in the end. And it's no good if all you do is you knock down Abraham or whoever only to put up IKEA as your new god or Hollywood or whatever next. From your graphical user vorsprung durch technik. Unification: Perhaps more important than worrying about all the foolish mistakes already made when trying to understand the world is noticing the key thing Feynman appears to want us - you and me - to do - which is to immerse ourselves in experience. As Feynman has said is 'the key to science' .. 'If it disagrees with experiment, it's wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science'.
